All Things NEW

Every four years, we gather in person to celebrate, learn, and encourage one another as we pursue our unified vision to start and sustain gospel movements around the world.

Join together across the Novo family: everyday disciple makers, catalysts, full-time workers, national leaders, global partners, partner organizations, financial supporters, and kingdom investors.

While we’re grateful for Zoom, nothing compares to being together in person—laughing, sharing meals, ministering to one another, and experiencing God’s creation side by side. Together, we’ll remember our shared calling, learn from one another’s stories, practices, and breakthroughs, and encourage each other after the challenges of ministry in hard places.

And most of all, we will worship the One who makes All Things New.

This isn’t just another event, it’s a chance to be face to face with your global family, to remind each other why we partner with Jesus and his Great Commission, and to leave afterward with fresh courage and vision. We can’t wait to see you there!

Watch this video from Novo President, Mark Thrash, to learn more about what to expect at this year's conference:

Why We Gather . . .

We gather to worship the One who makes all things new.
We gather to pray for the greater things yet to come.
We gather to connect and build Novo culture.
We gather to celebrate the wins.
We gather to learn from the losses.
We gather to equip and share learnings.
We gather to en-courage because we know courage is key
We gather to have fun and laugh hard together
We gather to rejoice with those who rejoice.
We gather to mourn with those who mourn.
We gather to share vision and coordinate strategies.
We gather to swap stories and dream dreams.
We gather to seek and serve the lost.
We gather to rest in the shadow of His wings.
We gather to hear the quiet whispers of the Spirit.
We gather to add to the roaring praise of angels.
We gather to raise our hands in surrender.
We gather to remind each other why we partner with Jesus and his Great Commission
We gather to get smoky in the cave,
to break bread at the table,
to be sent back out on the road,
and to be set ablaze with fire from Heaven.

2026 Highlights

  • This year we’re gathering stateside, which makes it more accessible than our international conferences.

  • A 3-day format makes it easier to fit into work schedules. See the full schedule!

  • Families are welcome: the kids and teens track will give them a deeper connection to God and meaningful friendships that last

LOCATION

High in the Rocky Mountains, Breckenridge, Colorado, offers visitors a unique blend of history, natural beauty, and outdoor adventure. Originally founded during the mid-19th century Colorado Gold Rush, Breckenridge has transformed from a mining settlement into one of the premier mountain destinations in the United States. With its preserved Victorian-era architecture and charming Main Street, the town retains its historic character while embracing the energy of a modern resort community.

Speakers

This year, we’ll be blessed by some guest voices such as:

Karl Martin

Karl Martin is the founder of Arable, a leadership and organizational culture house helping leaders and organizations grow from a deeper place. With over twenty-five years of experience building teams and guiding cultural transformation, Karl is known for his soul-aware, character-centered approach to leadership.

Through Arable’s True, Brave, Kind, Curious framework, Karl helps leaders grow in authenticity, courage, empathy, and openness. He is also a sought-after speaker and the author of The Cave, The Road, The Table, and The Fire, which explores how to lead from a deeper, more grounded place.

Originally from Scotland, Karl has recently relocated to the U.S. and now lives in Nashville with his wife, Niki. They have four grown daughters.

Cynthia Anderson

I train pastors, mission agencies, and Kingdom-minded leaders to multiply disciples and catalyze Jesus movements in their regions. My passion is helping people move from spiritual barrenness to fruitfulness by equipping ordinary believers to become disciple-makers.

As an international speaker, best-selling author of The Multiplier’s Mindset, columnist, and host of the Dare to Multiply podcast, I stay actively engaged in the field. I’ve founded global ministries and developed an online course that has trained over 5,000 students in 120 nations.

Over the years, I’ve coached leaders from all walks of life—pastors, bishops, mechanics, hairstylists, and housewives. Seventeen movements I’ve helped launch have reached 4th generation growth, and one has grown to over 70,000 baptized believers.

With 30+ years of experience in global leadership, cross-cultural missions, and church planting, I’ve lived a fruitful life as a disciple of Jesus. I’m also a wife, mom to three adult children (born in Nepal), and grandmother to three.

I hold a Master’s in Global Leadership from Fuller Seminary and offer training, coaching, and consulting—online and in person. I believe most people can become 10x more fruitful with the right mindset and practical tools.
