Transportation

The Rila has a team dedicated to hotel transfers, both to and from Sofia. All requests can be made directly to the hotel and they will handle your arrival and return trips. All requests need to be made at least 5 day prior to the conference start date: July 24th, 2024.

You will need to email The Rila the following information: Use the link provided or copy from above.

• In the subject line: Novo Conference - Transportation Request

• Full flight details: flight number, outbound airport, scheduled time of arrival at Sofia airport

• Name of all passengers in your party

• A mobile number for at least one person in your party. If you are traveling alone, it’s recommended that you give a secondary number of someone that also has your flight info.

• Once they have placed your request in a transfer slot, they will contact you with a confirmation. If you do not receive it within 3 days, please reach out to us at this email and we will contact them on your behalf. They will also be monitoring flights to be aware of any delays and early arrivals.

Cost for transfer: The cost is per vehicle, not per passenger.

• 1-3 pax - car transfer - $90 each way

• 4-8 pax - van transfer - $113 each way

• 9-16 pax - big van transfer - $214 each way
