The Why: After comparing costs between a fully contracted service and an as-needed service, we found the cost to be about $18+ less/person/direction. We know things can add up so we wanted to offer the best cost savings as possible.
The Alternative: Renting a vehicle. Depending on your family size you may still find it cheaper to rent a car from Denver Airport or near by and keeping it for the duration of the conference.
