The When:

Our first scheduled gathering will be a casual mixer with appetizers on July 17th, at 5:30pm.

The How:

Flyers:

Arrival/Departure airport: Denver International Airport, best to arrive by 3pm MTD. That allows travel time up to Breckenridge, along with checking in.

Drivers:

Use the address above. (There is a parking fee of $15 per day that’ll need to be paid directly to the hotel.)

Arrival & Departure Details

Arrival:

Travel time from DEN to Breckenridge is typically between 1hr 45min and 2hrs 15min.
We suggest arriving at Denver Int. Airport no later than 3pm on Friday, July 17th.

Departure:

The earliest scheduled shuttle leaves the conference center at 5:15am.
- For flights departing prior to 9:45am, please contact the shuttle Reservations Team at 970-668-6000. The booking site will not give the option to select the shared shuttle in this case. (Shuttle registration below)
We suggest leaving at least 4 hours before your flight to allow time for transfer and security check point.

Transportation Options

Need a ride? We are suggesting one of two options for your 2 hour transfer from Denver airport to Breckenridge:

Option 1: Reserve a shuttle

We are partnering with Summit Express Airport Shuttle to provide an economical shuttle rate for our staff and guests.

The button below will take you directly to a custom page built for Novo Conference attendees. The group rate ($55.25/person/direction) will apply automatically, and shuttles run from 9am-9pm.

Option 2: Rent a vehicle

It may just be cheaper for a family than paying a per person charge for a large family, and provide the added benefit of local transportation for outing in/around Breckenridge.

We have secured a block of hotel rooms, both before and after the conference, at a discounted rate, near the Denver airport.

We recommend booking with them if you need any of the following:

An extra night before conference to adjust to the higher altitude. For those flying in this could prove beneficial. Drivers will adjust slightly better by gradually increasing altitude.
You need to fly in the day before your stay at Beaver Run Conference Center begins and need a place to stay.
You have an early flight out of Denver and want to stay near the airport the night before.
You want to spend a day (before or after conference) exploring Denver.

Important information:

Cutoff Date: Monday, June 22, 2026

The hotel will release any unreserved rooms after this date. The discount is not guaranteed after June 22, and space is subject to availability.
The discount is available to rooms booked between July 15-17th, and between July 22-24.

Check In: 3pm (earlier check in may result in additional charges)

Check Out: 12pm (late check out may result in additional charges)
