Plates, Planes and Planning. Let's do this!
The countdown continues!
Hello again from the Novo Conference planning team! As we communicated last week, you'll be receiving a series of announcements over the coming weeks that will hopefully prepare you for our time together in Colorado. In case you missed that first message, here's a link so you can catch up.
Now let's start with one of my favorite topics: Meals! We all need to eat, right?
Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner...oh my!
Hang on, Dorothy, it won't be that scary. Let me take some guesswork out of what's going on... "set the table", if you will. For all the details, you can visit the conference websitemeal page. From there you can also get to the meal selection registration.
Breakfasts will mostly be choose your own adventure. As mentioned in early conference emails, we're planning to provide some basic breakfast items that you can have in your room. More details and specifics will be on the website soon, and communicated in future emails.
LunchesMUST be selected prior to June 1st. Full details are on the Meals page but here are some key points. "ONE" is the key number to remember to make it easier.
Only one registration needs filled out per room/group/family.
You will select one meal, per person, per day you will be attending the conference.
One lunch, Monday, is on your own; unless you make plans with someone.
Okay, that "one" was a stretch. See what I did there? ;)
Dinner will be provided on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday. Light appetizers will be available during our opening mixer on Friday, and Monday is the off/excursion day so dinner is on your own. All dinners have all been pre-selected by the conference team and will be buffet style.
Next item up for bid: Travel
We've collected all the info previously sent out regarding travel to and from conference and compiled it on the conference websiteTravel page. Below are important topics to pay attention to. Use the travel page to get specifics surrounding each one.
Shuttle service is available between Denver Airport or nearby hotels, and Beaver Run Resort in Breckenridge.
If you're flying, and will be arriving on opening night (July 17), we suggest landing no later than 3pm if possible.
We've contracted with a local airport hotel to provide discounted rooms for anyone needing pre or post conference stays.
